Columbia, MOPosted Jun 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

There wasn’t much of a defined process.

I basically felt like I was just there to sell myself while they figured out what they were looking for. The impression I got was that they were running low on good people, and that translated into a more open-ended interview experience.

Even though that made things feel less structured, it also meant the whole thing was hard to read. It didn’t come across as very thought-through, and the experience overall felt unpleasant rather than welcoming.
