United StatesPosted Mar 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process felt very low pressure, which made it easier to stay focused.

The interviewers were cordial and showed genuine interest in the projects I’d done, and the behavioral answers I gave seemed to matter more than anything overly technical.

Most of the questions were behavioral, and the experience didn’t feel like it was trying to trip me up. The difficulty was average, but the emotional tone of the whole thing stayed comfortable. I didn’t end up getting an offer, though the interviews themselves were friendly and engaged rather than tense.
