My earliest interview felt robotic and a bit of a drag.

The interaction didn’t have much warmth, and it seemed like the interviewer was reading from a script instead of engaging in a real conversation. Because of that, the whole experience felt random—like how it went depended more on the script than on my answers.

It was early in the process, and I didn’t move forward. Looking back, the biggest issue wasn’t even the difficulty of the questions—it was the vibe, which made it hard to feel confident that the evaluation was thoughtful.
