The process felt rough from start to finish, and it was especially frustrating because I’d interviewed there two years in a row and the power day had kept getting worse.

The format felt less considered overall, and they had also shifted away from including behavioral questions as part of the interviews.

After I finished a case, the interviewer told me I could ask whatever I wanted, and they made it clear that only the technical part would count toward consideration. That completely changed the tone and made the whole experience feel colder and more transactional than I was expecting. I didn’t get an offer, and honestly the most memorable part was how much the power day vibe declined compared to what I remembered previously.
