My interview process had a clear set of stages, and it stayed organized from the start.

I went through an online assessment first, then an HR call, followed by a hiring manager interview, and finally a behavioral interview.

The online assessment focused on numerical reasoning, logical thinking, and general problem-solving. After that, the HR call was more about motivation for applying, understanding the role, and cultural fit, with a high-level discussion of my experience. The hiring manager round felt more technical in comparison—it focused on technical skills, how my past work aligned with what the role needed, and the way I’d approach the responsibilities.
