ItalyPosted Feb 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I experienced a process that moved quickly but ended with limited follow-up and eventually a rejection/ghosting after an initial positive stage.

Phone + onsite/Teams touch — an initial call followed by an in-person interview where they reviewed my background and provided feedback shortly after.
Technical-only phase — after clearing technical rounds, I later received an update about the offer/contract process, but communication stopped. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway is to plan for delayed or missing recruiter follow-through, even when things feel positive early.
