Capgemini Business Analyst interview experience

A lot of the discussion required general knowledge, but what stood out was how firmly they tested whether I actually knew the material well—there wasn’t much room to bluff or stay vague.

The people I spoke with were still genuinely pleasant, and the conversation didn’t feel hostile, just demanding. I walked away thinking the role would require solid understanding rather than surface-level familiarity, and that the bar for clarity was high. I ended without an offer, but it still gave me a strong sense of the team’s expectations and the overall seriousness of the process.
