I went through an education-style assessment flow for the Software Engineer role, with multiple rounds that functioned as eliminators over a short timeline.

MCQ + WET + game-based aptitude (online via Superset) — I completed a technical multiple-choice round, a WET exam, and aptitude/game-style reasoning, all in college/assessment-style settings.
English test + interview — I then took an English-related test and an interview focused on my communication. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the takeaway was that the process was heavily test-oriented and each stage reduced the candidate pool.
