I experienced a three-round flow that started informally and then moved toward client-facing and role-placement steps, with an average difficulty.

HR representative + technical — I began with an informal conversation covering my background, followed by a technical component.
Client interview — I then met with a client as part of the process.
Placement / certification support — After the second round, there could be time for certification courses while the company tried to find a position. Outcome: No offer mentioned in these cases; the takeaway is that it moves from internal screening to client evaluation, with training potentially in between.
