I went through a multi-interview path focused on contract definition, starting with HR and then moving through technical and sales stakeholders.

HR “conoscitivo” — An introductory HR interview.
Technical interview (manager + mid level) — I met a manager and a mid-level interviewer.
Sales manager interview — I spoke with the sales manager.
Final HR + manager (contract) — I finished with HR and a manager to define the contract. Outcome: No offer was reported, and the takeaway is that this process was organized around role and commercial alignment.
