I interviewed for a Software Engineer role with a typical screening-to-technical flow where coding and core CS concepts were tested, then language-specific checks followed.

Technical coding round — I was asked to solve array/interval-style problems and then explain core OOP principles.
Foundational concept follow-up — discussion covered supporting topics like DBMS and networking to verify fundamentals.
Language assessment — an additional test focused on a specific programming language (treated as a separate step after the main coding/theory questions). Outcome: No offer, and I felt the evaluation leaned on practical coding plus the ability to articulate fundamentals clearly.
