I interviewed for a Software Engineer role using a fairly standard HR-to-technical-to-offer rhythm, and the experience felt manageable and generally positive, mostly within about a week to a couple of weeks.

Recruiter screen (30–60 min) — I discussed my background, English level or preferences (like location), and got an overview of how the next interviews would work.
Technical interview — I was asked practical and theoretical questions related to the job, plus teamwork/attitude and my ability to handle the work.
Manager / team conversation — I spoke with a lead/manager who covered expectations around the role and assessed fit; sometimes this was a combined technical + logical check.
HR conditions / wrap-up — I reviewed the offer terms, start date, salary, and benefits
