PunePosted May 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a relatively average, business-facing interview journey with one technical round that leaned on web development fundamentals and some practical front-end topics, followed by HR-style conversations.

Technical round — I answered basic JavaScript questions, including output-based questions, plus a React-related conditional task involving debouncing.
HR / recruiting discussion — I covered fit and soft skills, and the conversation also touched on salary details, example projects, and how updates are handled through an account manager. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, but the discussions felt smooth and focused on role alignment.
