I went through a more web-leaning testing and interview sequence for the Software Engineer role, mixing online exercises with a managerial wrap-up, and it felt moderate overall.

Online test — I was evaluated with a technical exercise.
Technical interview (web basics) — I covered JavaScript basics plus supporting topics like HTML, CSS, jQuery, and REST API concepts and methods; MongoDB came up.
Managerial round — I gave a structured “tell me about yourself” style overview.
Process close-out — In at least one similar flow, the steps ended with an offer. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that being comfortable with modern web fundamentals and explaining them clearly helped.
