I faced a harder, test-heavy process using a structured online platform, including both QCM-style items and live video Q&A.

Phone call + HR — I started with a call, followed by a video interview with HR.
Online technical test (Maki People) — I completed a multi-part assessment with QCM and then function-writing exercises depending on the language.
Video question component — I answered a technical question after reading it, with prep time before responding on camera. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway is that strong language fundamentals plus comfort with timed, platform-based testing were crucial.
