Capgemini Engineering Software Engineer interview experience

I went through a disorganized interview journey where communication broke down and the process stalled or looped without clear decisions.

Invitations with unclear scope — I was called for interviews with shifting or unclear requirements, including across different ASIC-related roles.
Interrupted scheduling — interviews happened, then the process paused for a long time before being restarted as a “new process.”
Lack of follow-up — in another case, after being shortlisted there was no reply to emails or phone calls. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway was that misalignment and poor responsiveness undermined the overall experience.
