I went through a simple two-step interview that felt straightforward, followed by a clear operational update about the job.

HR manager interview — I first spoke with the HR manager.
Technical interview with team lead — I then had a technical conversation with the team’s responsible person.
Follow-up (2-week-ish timeline) — I received feedback where they explained shifts, office details, and pay. Outcome: No explicit offer mentioned, but the process progressed to concrete job logistics—takeaway: communication was clear and timely.
