I interviewed for a Software Engineer role with a technical-first focus that covered both practical domain knowledge and general programming capabilities.

Pre-screen / HR — I started with an HR conversation reviewing my profile and CV.
Technical interview — the follow-up was centered on what I could do in daily work, mixing domain concepts with coding fundamentals.
Domain-specific checks — questions included communications/PHY-layer concepts and basic algorithmic understanding.
Additional managerial/fit elements — the later steps were more about aligning with expectations and how I work. Outcome: No offer, and the takeaway was that the interviews blended domain knowledge with basic engineering reasoning.
