I had a more challenging interview experience where the focus skewed toward hard technical depth and explaining my background convincingly, with one step framed around pitching myself.

Skill and motivation discussion — I was asked to introduce myself, cover why I wanted the company, and explain transitions from my previous job.
In-depth technical probing — I expected deep technical questions tied to my engineering/data-related experience, including how I solve problems and what I learned from projects.
Presentation/problem-solving emphasis (in one flow) — I prepared a presentation on my experience as part of being evaluated. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that technical depth and your narrative mattered as much as the answers.
