I interviewed for a Software Engineer role with a compact two-round structure, but scheduling and administrative delays affected the final outcome.

Technical interview — the first of two rounds, followed quickly by the HR step.
HR interview — a second, shorter conversation.
Post-interview coordination — in one instance I wasn’t able to attend the proposed date and HR took weeks to respond, eventually saying roles were filled. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the takeaway is that responsiveness and scheduling mattered as much as performance.
