I went through a two-step path where an initial phone screen led to an office interview, then a group case that ultimately became the turning point.

Phone interview — I discussed my interests and skills.
Office interview — I had an in-person interview, and I initially didn’t pass this stage.
Group case — After the in-person interview, I still proceeded to a group case focused on teamwork and problem-solving.
Offer — I eventually received an offer after the group case. Outcome: I got the offer, and the key takeaway was that performance in the group scenario mattered.
