I interviewed for a Software Engineer role through a structured multi-interview path that included HR, manager discussions, and clear end-to-end coordination when it was moving.

Recruiter/HR — HR discussed available roles, expectations, and my background.
Technical with the team manager — a manager-led interview to cover what I’d do day to day.
Final leadership/area manager — a subsequent manager round that also led to an offer in at least one case.
Next steps/admin — signing and joining formalities followed if selected. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer in my case, but the takeaway from the process structure was that manager rounds and project vision were emphasized.
