I interviewed for a Software Engineer role and found the early stages quick, basic, and fairly low-pressure over about a week.

Recruiter/early screen — a short, calm chat focused on basic background and technical fundamentals.
Online test (screen-share) — a simple coding-focused test where I had to share my screen to demonstrate I could meet minimum coding expectations.
Aptitude/HR check — straightforward aptitude and basic HR-style questions (more about fit and fundamentals than deep technical hurdles). Outcome: No offer, but the process felt easy and organized, with difficulty centered on baseline coding and quick validations.
