MadridPosted May 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a fairly light, HR-forward interview flow for the Software Engineer role, typically spanning a couple of weeks, with mostly straightforward discussions and an easy-to-pass technical step.

Recruiter / HR call — I talked through my background and what I was looking for in the role, plus logistics and expectations.
Technical lead / manager interview — I discussed my technical qualities and how they relate to the internship/position, often framed around day-to-day needs.
Sales or final HR discussion (where applicable) — I reviewed modalities and, in some cases, compensation details.
Technical discussion with team lead (planned in one case) — I expected a further technical round tied to day-to-day tasks and technical skills, but in one instance it didn’t end
