After I applied, I went through a bundled early-stage set of assessments before I ever spoke to anyone.

My first hurdle was a written interview with 30+ free-response questions, followed by a cognitive-style test and then a technical challenge. It felt very “screening first” and a little like a gatekeeping funnel.

Only after clearing that did I get to real conversation rounds. I ended up with three interviews in total at that stage, and there was a sense there could have been more steps if I had moved forward. Overall the process felt demanding but not chaotic—just long and heavily weighted toward written and testing formats before the interviews even started.
