I joined the process expecting that, with so many steps and a long timeline, the people running it would be truly invested.

What I experienced didn’t match that. I did pass the technical parts, but the interviews still felt discouraging, with the interviewers coming across as overworked and not especially passionate about the work or the team.

After finishing enough to clear the technical interviews, I chose not to continue all the way to the later stages. I ended up moving forward with another company rather than spending more time in a process that felt misaligned with my expectations.

Overall, it left me with a strange mix of respect for the technical evaluation and frustration about the tone and engagement.
