My experience had a split personality: the technical conversation itself felt like it went well, but the logistics and communication around it were what really soured it.

In one discussion, the interviewer was genuinely nice and we had a good time talking through the technology, but the recruiter coordinating the process handled scheduling in a way that felt careless and disrespectful.

The broader process also had moments where it felt like the timeline didn’t add up. It created this uncomfortable feeling that the effort going into the document wasn’t actually matched
