My experience was challenging compared to other workplaces, and the process itself left me frustrated rather than confident.

I remember it feeling effective and fairly efficient, but I also couldn’t shake how annoying it felt while it was happening. I never really got a clear sense that it was a deep, high-stakes evaluation, and instead it came off as a lot of friction for not much payoff.

Even though I expected it to be straightforward, the tone of the process didn’t match that. By the end, I could see why they might think it was efficient, but it still didn’t feel pleasant. I didn’t come away feeling great about the journey, even with the sense that it was trying to move quickly toward a decision.
