My path started with a phone screen, and then I was invited to an on-site interview in Petaluma, CA.

The on-site part lasted a few hours and focused heavily on senior leadership conversations. I interviewed with a total of seven senior leaders/executives, and the questions aligned closely with the role’s stated responsibilities.

The way it unfolded felt efficient and purpose-driven. I could tell they were trying to judge fit from multiple perspectives, including how the work connected to the broader company direction and how I’d perform within the team. The other interviews with leaders also gave me a strong picture of what it would mean to work with the people I’d be collaborating
