I interviewed for a Software Engineer role with a fairly structured, mostly straightforward timeline, though one version ended with the role being canceled after extra work.

Round 1: technical Q&A — an early discussion with an engineer with no coding, focused on clarifying technical understanding.
Round 2: back-to-back practical interviews — one interview with a Java engineer doing coding exercises, followed by another with a web developer where I built a small website from scratch.
Group interview + facility tour — a phone screening followed by a group interview where interviewers took turns asking questions, then I got a tour.
Phone screen then separate long coding exam — an interview that ended with instructions to complete a 2.5-hour
