I had a short, fully technical interview sequence where the main emphasis was discussing past projects, capped with very simple handwritten coding tasks.

Round 1: project discussion + handwritten code — I discussed project experiences in detail, and later completed a very simple handwritten coding task.
Round 2: project discussion + handwritten code — I repeated the same pattern: project-focused conversation plus a handwritten coding problem.
Round 3: technical interviews only — The final round stayed technical, continuing the project and technical discussion style.

Outcome: No offer; I felt the coding was easy, but the final decision didn’t go my way.
