My interviews were straightforward and easy to answer, and the questions didn’t make me feel uneasy.

I stayed comfortable throughout, and the experience didn’t feel like I was walking into something overly stressful.

The overall tone made a big difference for me—there wasn’t that sense of being blindsided. I ended up with a positive outcome and genuinely enjoyed the time spent in the process for the role. My honest reflection was that I performed better simply because the questions and the atmosphere let me focus on answering rather than on guessing what they were looking for.
