My on-campus process was simple and smooth: I first did an online test, then I went into a technical interview.

The technical interview itself was a great experience—really knowledgeable interviewer, and the discussion felt understanding rather than confrontational.

I remember it as being easy to follow from one step to the next, and I didn’t feel like I was guessing what they wanted from me. The online-to-technical flow kept everything clear, and that calm tone carried into the technical conversation. Overall, it was the kind of interview where the logistics didn’t add stress, and the back-and-forth stayed constructive.
