United KingdomPosted Nov 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I received online video recorded responses as part of the process, and it felt very impersonal from the start.

When it came to results, my application was rejected without any real dialogue, and I kept trying to request feedback politely but never received any response.

Even though the questions format wasn’t necessarily terrible, the lack of communication made the whole experience sour. Ultimately it felt like I wasn’t being treated like a person being assessed, just like an application being processed. My reflection was that the silence and ignored feedback requests made the rejection feel harsher than the interview itself.
