I went through multiple rounds including on-site interactions for Software Engineer, but I was kept waiting with unclear results.

Technical rounds (2x) — I had two technical rounds.
On-site coding/manager interaction — A third round that I expected to be managerial turned into a coding round during an on-site manager session.
Results delay — They didn’t announce outcomes and I waited a long time, assuming it was negative. Outcome: I didn’t receive clear positive movement, and the takeaway was that the long, silent wait created uncertainty.
