I had to answer a set of questions presented through video, and my responses were recorded and sent back.

The questions themselves were very simple, mostly about who I was and why I thought I’d be a good fit for the role.

The whole experience felt lightweight and low-pressure compared to live interviews. I ended up with an offer, and my reflection was that the process matched a basic screening style—quick to complete, straightforward to understand, and focused on general fit rather than deep technical depth.
