BT Group Full Stack Engineer interview experience

The face-to-face portion didn’t feel respectful: one of the panelists behaved rudely and didn’t ask questions grounded in my resume. The whole thing left me uncomfortable enough that I wouldn’t recommend going into the office for that stage.

The outcome was negative, and it wasn’t just because of performance—it felt like the process itself was off, especially with how unengaged the interviewer was. My honest reflection was that I had expected an evaluation of my background, but the experience felt more like I was being judged without meaningful conversation.
