I was first contacted through LinkedIn and had an initial chat discussing BT’s opportunities, including questions about my current experience and why I’d be considering a move.

That conversation went well and I was put forward for the software engineer role. Then things went downhill in scheduling for the technical interview.

The interviewer didn’t actually join a call—meeting invites arrived by email, and timing became a mess.
