I took part in a longer multi-step process that stretched over several weeks, and it felt like the pipeline itself was the biggest time commitment.

It ran in three main rounds: an aptitude + technical stage that could be done online or offline, followed by a technical interview, and then an HR round. The recruiter communication made it seem like everything would be paced out slowly, and my process ended up taking longer than expected.

The technical evaluation pulled from a mix of my resume and core computer-science themes. The first technical screen involved structured questions tied to what I’d written down, and the HR conversation was more general—more about my fit and the way I approached the role than any deep technical drill.
