I applied to their website and then completed a situational judgement test.

After that, I was invited to an assessment centre in Ipswich.

The timeline took about two months end to end, which made the process feel paced rather than quick. The exact interview content beyond the tests wasn’t described, but the duration stood out. I ended up getting an offer, and my honest reflection was that the long gap between steps didn’t distract me once I was underway—it just stretched the waiting period.
