My first stage was an online application process that included a timed situational judgement/personality test.

After that, I did a video interview.

The format felt structured but distant, and the process moved quickly: I got a response the next day saying my application wouldn’t progress. Since the feedback was essentially immediate and not conversational, it left me with a sense of closure without much interaction. My reflection was that the experience felt like a quick filter rather than a dialogue, and that made it harder to understand what would have changed the outcome.
