IndiaPosted Feb 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a difficult, multi-step BT Group hiring process with longer timelines, multiple screening layers, and at least one extremely challenging coding/dynamic-programming question.

Round 1 (coding + MCQs) — A first stage with many MCQs plus programming questions, covering networking and advanced Python/pandas.
Round 2 (high-pressure technical) — I was asked a highly complex dynamic programming problem; the scoring felt inconsistent.
Round 2/3 structure — Another process path ran aptitude/technical first, then a technical round, then HR, stretching to several weeks.
Managerial round (assessment of process/design) — Questions included performance/latency-style topics and general process and personality discussion over 30+ minutes.
Outcome: No
