I experienced an average-to-smooth BT Group process with an assessment and multiple interview steps, though scheduling/coordination issues and timing clarity were inconsistent.

Online assessment / virtual interview step — An early online assessment (including virtual interview components) to filter candidates.
Virtual assessment centre — A structured day with group discussion plus individual interview.
Face-to-face onsite interview — An in-person interview at the BT office after the assessment centre.
Logistics note — In one instance, I was contacted about conflicting locations and simultaneous online interview timing, clarified only late.
Outcome: No offer; the takeaway was to double-check timing and prepare for both group and 1:1
