My conversation was focused on straightforward personal and professional topics.

I was asked about my career goals and what I was working toward, along with a salary goal and language skills. They also covered the basics of my current situation.

It felt like a simple HR-style check rather than a technical deep dive. I received an offer, which suggested they saw a good fit beyond pure engineering content. My reflection was that the process wasn’t about solving problems live—it was about how I viewed my career and what I would want from the role.
