I went through a pretty focused two-round loop as a fresher.

After an initial recruiter interaction, I was pulled into a coding round that was split into two parts: a backend task with a basic integration to the frontend, and then a separate frontend assignment. The whole thing felt like they were checking whether I could move between layers rather than just solve a single isolated problem.

Once I cleared that, the next round was with the Directorate of Engineering. It started with the usual intro and then turned into a deep discussion of my past work—what projects I had actually worked on and what felt most challenging, including how I solved it.
