My first contact with the recruiter felt brisk and unfriendly, and it set an off tone right away.

I joined a scheduled meeting, but the recruiter didn’t show up. Minutes later, I got a message saying I wasn’t in the meeting and they sent a link that matched the one in the invite.

Even during the actual interview, the communication was tense and awkward—there was blaming and pushback around meeting logistics and the recruiter insisted I had issues despite everything showing I was present. The conversation stayed focused on whether I had the right kind of experience, including questions about off/on-platform or out-of-scope work, even though it was already reflected in my background.
