Negative

BengaluruPosted Apr 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The recruiter initially called and scheduled my interview, but it got canceled—apparently so the interviewer could enjoy a long weekend.

Then it was rescheduled for Sunday, and that’s when the interview happened in a way that felt unprofessional for a senior role. The interviewer seemed more interested in completing his 30 minutes than actually discussing my background, and after quickly declaring “I am done,” the call ended.

After that, the recruiter disappeared and I never received updates or feedback even after I requested it. I didn’t get an offer, and honestly the experience made the selection process feel immature, because communication and follow-through were completely missing.
