I applied cold and didn’t hear anything for a bit—about a week or two later a recruiter reached out, and then I went through an initial phone screen.

Roughly a month after that, I was invited to a panel interview with multiple people. The whole sequence felt straightforward and kept moving.

I wasn’t asked technical questions in any meaningful way; it felt more like they were looking for good people to work with than testing deep engineering fundamentals. During the panel, the questions leaned behavioral and followed a STAR-style structure—things framed as “tell me about a time,” including examples where I resolved a team issue or handled a task with limited help.
