Sunnyvale, CAPosted Apr 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After a recruiter process check-in, I went through a screening step where the interviewer was friendly and would add clarification when needed, and we had good back-and-forth questions.

Then the virtual on-site followed with multiple rounds: three technical rounds and one behavior round.

Round one let me think without constant interruption, and the interviewer only stepped in with help or clarification when I needed it. Round two went pretty well too; the interviewer asked questions in a friendly way and pushed me to think a little further to land on a solution. Round three was the part that dragged down my overall impression. I had prepared for what the recruiter shared, but the interviewer seemed focused on getting an approach they wanted, not just a correct working path.
