Negative

The interview process itself felt solid and multi-stage in a way that seemed well thought out.

I had the impression the company was running a real workflow rather than doing anything random.

What threw me off was the feedback I received after a negative result. I didn’t get the reasoning behind the decision, just a lack of progress, which made it hard to understand what I should have done differently. On top of that, the high salary I saw mentioned alongside the process felt strange to me, because it didn’t match what I experienced in the decision-making at the end. In the end, the lack of explanation and the mismatch in impressions left me disappointed.
